Greetings! I’m honored to serve the students, staff, and families of Wallace Elementary. I’m happily married
to my wonderful wife, Tavia. Together, we raise two amazing children, Angelina and Sam.

Ken Blanchard, a prominent leader, once said, "Leadership is about getting people to a higher level by leading
people to a higher level." He developed the acronym S.E.R.V.E. as a way to organize five principles of a
successful leader:

S-stands for See the future. An effective leader has the ability to establish a definite vision and focus. Clear
expectations allow the school to be proactive and move forward because decisions are made with the end result
in mind. A vision builds unity, purpose, and mutual responsibility for success.

E-stands for Engage and Develop People. True leadership never exists for the betterment of itself, but the
improvement of people.

R-stands for Reinvent Continuously. As your leader, reinventing the norm will continually happen, especially
when the norm doesn't best serve our children. We will ALL be challenged to reflect on our practices
constantly and make seamless changes for the advancement or our students.

V-stands for Value Results and Relationships. We will ALL have extremely high expectations for results and
positive relationships at Wallace Elementary.

E-stands for Embody the Values. We are consistently living the values and walking the talk. We make every
moment powerful!

I’m committed to leading Wallace Elementary with these values as the foundation of my leadership style.
Together we will make ALL our student's dreams a reality.
