Welcome to Wallace Elementary! Home of the Bulldogs!
I am honored to serve as assistant principal at Wallace Elementary, where we believe that every child can learn, grow, and thrive when nurtured by a supportive community. My experience as both a classroom teacher and a school leader has taught me that relationships are at the heart of learning. When students feel safe, seen, and supported, they thrive both academically and personally.
I believe in setting high expectations for students while also creating space for growth, reflection, and encouragement. My approach to leadership is collaborative, student-centered, and grounded in the idea that every child deserves to be known, valued, and challenged. I’m especially passionate about creating a school culture where all staff feel empowered, students are celebrated, and families are true partners in the work. I’m so grateful to be part of this community!
At Wallace, our theme for the year, “Bulldogs Together: Many Paws, One Path,” reflects our shared commitment to unity, collaboration, and purpose. While each student, teacher, and staff member brings unique gifts and experiences, we are all walking the same path toward academic excellence, strong character, and an inclusive community.
